
Stage Assistant International Sales Area Manager Confectionery

- Coordinate exchange of information and sales materials with our distribution partners and customers (samples, product certifications, product images, catalogues …);
- Support International Sales Area Manager in coordinating with distribution partners the local commercial plans monitoring execution and budget;
- Support the International Sales Area Manager on the forecast & orders activity, performance data analysis, providing actionable insights to enhance sales productivity and revenue generation;
- Support the International Sales Area Manager in developing and executing a proper Brand support package for our distribution partners (i.e. Digital assets, POS materials etc.);
- Conduct comprehensive country analysis, including market research, industry trends, competitor insights, consumer behavior trends, to identify new opportunities for growth;
- Support International Sales Area Manager in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies tailored to each country, taking into consideration local market trends and consumer preferences;
- Prepare professional presentations for business partners, stakeholders, and internal teams, communicating key strategies and progress updates effectively;
- Engage with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Customer Development Team, Supply Chain, to ensure a coordinated approach to market penetration and growth;
- Undergraduates or graduates in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
- Highly organized, problem-solving, analytical and quantitative mindset;
- Curiosity and a strong interest in the FMCG industry, particularly in the confectionery;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in both English and Italian;
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities;
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment, capable of developing effective relationships with all stakeholders;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
