Within the Group Chief People & Organization Office Function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Group Academy team.Key responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Designing, developing, and coordinating training programs, workshops, webinars, and other learning activities
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
  • Supporting internal communication related to learning initiatives
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure learning and development priorities are delivered effectively
  • Maintaining relationships with external training providers and resources
  • Liaising with local and global Learning & Development partners to leverage relevant tools and training resources
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, HR, Education, Psychology or any other related field
  • 2-3 years of work experience with focus on training and people development
  • Ability to network and foster collaboration among project members by motivating and engaging team members to achieve common learning goals
  • Ability to liaise with different corporate stakeholders
  • Facilitation/training skills and experience
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
