- Designing, developing, and coordinating training programs, workshops, webinars, and other learning activities
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
- Supporting internal communication related to learning initiatives
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure learning and development priorities are delivered effectively
- Maintaining relationships with external training providers and resources
- Liaising with local and global Learning & Development partners to leverage relevant tools and training resources
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, HR, Education, Psychology or any other related field
- 2-3 years of work experience with focus on training and people development
- Ability to network and foster collaboration among project members by motivating and engaging team members to achieve common learning goals
- Ability to liaise with different corporate stakeholders
- Facilitation/training skills and experience
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Results-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
- Relationship management skills
- Collaborative and strong team player
