The focus of the position is to understand the marketplace then, align with CCH Tagetik priorities and lead the product management for the CCH Tagetik Extended Planning offering, with emphasis on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and to support a successful Go-to-market-execution. We operate on a global scale with direct and indirect operations around the world and we continue to expand across regions and product capabilities. This means our international team is flexible, multicultural and extends beyond 9-to-5 work hours to collaborate with our peers across multiple time zones.You will be based in Italy, UK or remotely in Europe. Reporting directly to the VP, Integrated Business Planning, you will assist to implement the segment priorities through other CCH Tagetik functional organizations (Sales, Presales, Partner & Alliances, Marketing, Go-to-market & pricing, Development, Customer Success, Finance) and service and contribute to the growth of Corporate Performance Management & ESG division of Wolters Kluwer. This is primarily an Outbound Product Management function and helping drive revenue and position us in the market.Required Job Qualifications (Minimum):
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • The focus here is on managing the Extended Planning (XP&A) solution for Office of CFO; within CCH Tagetik with focus on Financial Planning & Analysis pillar
  • Experience: At least 10 years of enterprise software company leadership experience in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Performance Management (CPM) market, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) market or Extended planning (XP&A) market
  • At least 5 Years of enterprise software company Product Management experience.
  • Understand the important processes within the Office of CFO of large Enterprises and the whole Enterprise-wide budgeting, planning and forecasting process
  • Experience managing multiple complex international projects in FP&A area
  • Experience positioning FP&A & CPM externally (to Analyst, in Webinars, User conferences and events) AND internally (Sales Enablement, Marketing support, Pre-Sales support and GTM support)
Other Qualifications (preferences):
  • Education: MBA
  • Synthesize complex information and formulate an aligned approach and plan.
  • Work within a global matrix organizational structure. Able to work within a global cultural team with a collaborative style and experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and leading teams of people, projects of varying complexity, and the daily operations of the business while on the work that is most critical to success.
  • Deep customer orientation with the ability to focus teams on providing premium service in an efficient and economically way.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences in English language including executive presentations to the most senior organization levels.
  • Experience in the Product Management area, knowledge of agile methodologies
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop, articulate, and lead the execution of a Extended Planning product roadmap for the Office of CFO of large and global Enterprises based on the CCH Tagetik platform that leverages the architecture of the core platform as a strategic asset for delivering additional products and solutions.
  • Develop a knowledge of the core business and trends within the Office of CFO, scale and scope of total market opportunity, customer profile, market ownership, competitive landscape, and market trends to evaluate prospects for share of wallet growth, increased market share, and expansion into logical adjacencies.
  • Utilize customer insights analyses in the planning for product features, prioritizing requirements and detailing the "Why" and "What" of the product.
  • Work with the Development scrum teams to deliver these features in release, ensuring quality and delighting customers
  • Work with Pre-Sales and deliver demos, for external marketing and internal enablement.
  • Develop and implement a product strategy for growth including optimizing current product offerings, using new product opportunities to enhance existing offerings, evaluating options for new solutions for customers and operationalizing those.
  • Work with other responsibilities (Marketing, Go-to-market, customer success) to ensure sales and service teams are prepared to represent the CCH Tagetik brand, while strengthening relationships with customers so that CCH Tagetik is reliably perceived as the provider of choice.
