- Conduct scouting of startups, scaleups, and service providers in the retail sector to identify key innovations and market trends.
- Support Open Innovation programs by proposing tailored solutions to address client challenges.
- Perform research and analysis of potential clients, improving the company’s database and identifying decision-makers.
- Manage relationships with partners and clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and high retention rates.
- Contribute to Go-to-Market strategies for tech solutions, software, hardware and SaaS tools.
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and preferably CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English (B2-C1 level).
