- Build from Scratch: Lead the 0-1 establishment of the Italian subsidiary's business model, organizational structure, and foundational market capabilities. Own end-to-end market competitiveness.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive market strategies, including annual sales targets, product strategy, brand marketing campaigns, and budgets. Rapidly and effectively build out the authorized dealer network.
- Market Analysis & Action: Conduct thorough market, competitor, and opportunity analysis. Derive actionable insights and develop plans to capture market share. Lead key commercial negotiations in the region.
- P&L & Operational Leadership: Manage all critical business modules including Product, Brand, Aftersales Service, and Sales Network. Lead the successful launch of key models. Hold direct accountability for market sales volume and profitability.
- Team Building: Recruit, build, and lead the local Italian team
- Proven 0-1 Experience: Demonstrated success in building and scaling a business operation or major function from scratch within the automotive sector.
- Extensive Local Network: Must possess a deep and established network of relationships with automotive dealers/distributors across Italy
- Automotive Industry Background: Significant experience (10+ years preferred) in senior management roles within either an Automotive OEM (Manufacturer) or a major Automotive Distributor/Dealer Group.
- Operational & General Management Prowess: Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, P&L management, and multi-functional operational leadership skills (Sales, Marketing, Network Development, Aftersales).
- Market Launch Expertise: Proven track record in successfully launching vehicles and building brands in the Italian market.
- Leadership: Ability to build, inspire, and lead a high-performing team in a start-up environment.
- Location & Language: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Milan,
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
