The trainee will provide support to the department, helping to optimize internal efficient processes, to ensure speed and accuracy in tender preparation and assist contract related documentation.Work location: MilanWorking hours: full timeContract type: internshipJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Assist in order and logistics management
  • Help with reviewing and handling simple contract tasks
  • Use Excel for tracking KPIs and work volumes
  • Communicate at an intermediate English level with internal/regional teams and external partners, if required
QualificationsFunctional & Technical competencies required
  • Proven Excel usage capability
  • Able to analyze and interpret information from multiple sources
  • Can do attitude and solution focused
  • Capacity to prioritize/time management
Education
  • Master Degree (Economics)
Language
  • Proficient in English (written, spoken)
