- Reading and monitoring certified email accounts (correspondence with the Italian Tax Authority “Agenzia delle Entrate”, Chamber of Commerce);
- Support and management of administrative procedures with various entities (Italian Tax Authority “Agenzia delle Entrate”, Customs, Consortia, etc.);
- Signing and filing documents;
- Handling various document requests from different stakeholders (banks, advisors, headquarters);
- Unblocking and preparing payments to suppliers;
- Checking receipts;
- Using cash management platforms (Agicap);
- Categorizing payments/receipts;
- Cash management rules;
- Coordination with the Financial Controller responsible for the relevant portfolios;
- Active participation in meetings;
- Coordination and support for tax credit transfer activities;
- Strong drive, commitment, and a proactive mindset.
- Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global context.
- Flexible, reliable, and willing to travel when required.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Basic knowledge of English language;
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Nice to Have: Previous experience in professional firms or structured administrative departments;
- Available to start as soon as possible.
