
Channel Specialist - Graduate Program - Digital Power

- Channel management of existing channel partners, supporting the channel manager in setting up channel strategy and operations;
- Operational execution of channel strategy, maintaining relationship with all levels of channel partners, following up the status of order, revenue, collection, profit, and strategic market objectives internally and with channel-side counterparts;
- Coordination with internal supporting platforms such as fulfillment, supply chain, product management, to ensure the channel partners receive the necessary products, documents and support;
- Strong involvement with marketing for branding and general marketing in the channel business;
- Growing the channel business by liaising with Account Managers for potential synergies in the market;
- 1-2 years of experience as channel sales (indirect sales) is mandatory while working experience in solar industry is preferred
- Highly motivated and team work oriented
- Strong communication and business acumen skills
- Presentation and negotiation skills including good listening, probing, and qualification abilities
- Fluency in Italian and English is a must
- Willingness for business trips, mainly within Italy
