- Act as the control tower for business KPIs.
- Proactively monitor, manage, and update key performance indicators.
- Prepare reports and support materials for internal meetings.
- Collaborate with the Sales Administration and Finance departments to manage performance indicators.
- Support the Sales Director in setting performance targets and tracking business opportunities.
- Serve as Key User for the CRM system to manage sales opportunities.
- Develop and manage Sales Performance Dashboards, analyzing data by region, area, customer, and product.
- Analyze results and propose strategic and corrective actions.
- Monitor the implementation of initiatives and assess their impact.
- Identify best practices and share them within the team.
- Manage the sales module of the pricing tool to propose special deals.
- Conduct geomarketing activities to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and propose strategic actions.
- Responsible for new sales channels development
- Act as an intermediary between Marketing and Sales for price benchmarking initiatives.
- Degree in a scientific discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Office Tools, Power BI, and Google Suite, programming languages.
- Languages: Fluent in Italian and English.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and capability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team.
