Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
  • Manages activities incl. investigations, risk evaluations, CAPA definition and implementation related to non-conformances like deviations, complaints, market recalls in collaboration with other departments.
  • Drives the implementation and consequent application of Operational Excellence tools and principles in IMQ and beyond.
  • Advances process improvement in Quality.
  • Ensures compliance with legal requirements and standard operating procedures on health and safety at work and environmental protection within its area of responsibility
  • Supports improvement projects and change programs, ensures realization of project objectives.
What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have the following competencies/skills/education:
  • Degree in natural sciences
  • Track record of a successfully deployed cultural change by empowering people, training, coaching and applying principles of high performing teams
  • Thorough understanding of Quality Management in Pharma environment and knowledge of applicable regulations and guidelines
  • Experience in successfully realizing process improvements and driving Quality Excellence in cross-functional teams.
