- Manage and coordinate the work of a team of electrical engineers across multiple concurrent projects.
- Ensure effective planning, resource allocation, task prioritization, and risk management within the electrical team, including effort estimation for upcoming projects.
- Oversee day-to-day team management, including task distribution, workload balancing, leave planning, and ensuring overall team availability aligns with project needs.
- Supervise the full development cycle of electrical subsystems and contribute to the definition of the electrical system architecture at platform level.
- Coordinate the review of schematics, layouts, and test results, ensuring high quality, consistency, and compliance with design standards and internal processes.
- Define internal processes for the Electrical Engineering team and ensure clear, standardized outputs for external teams and project stakeholders.
- Participate in design reviews and support the preparation of project documentation and technical reports.
- Mentor and develop engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical rigor.
- Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Maximum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or coordination role.
- Proven experience in managing the full lifecycle of electronic projects, with knowledge of design, production, and acceptance processes.
- Experience with PCB design tools (preferably Altium Designer) and laboratory instrumentation (oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators, etc.).
- Knowledge of design and troubleshooting of mixed-signal systems and power regulation circuits.
- Familiarity with common communication protocols: I2C, SPI, UART, USB, Ethernet.
- Excellent planning, time management, and reporting skills.
- Proven leadership with the ability to guide and align a skilled technical team.
- Strong decision-making and ownership in complex technical contexts.

- Previous experience in CubeSat or space-qualified electronics design, particularly in defining space electronic architecture.
- Familiarity with ECSS standards and design for space environment (EMC, thermal, radiation).
- Experience with test campaigns and hardware-in-the-loop setups.
- Proficiency in leading technical reviews and making critical trade-off decisions.
