This on-site role is located in Milan. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing BTB sales activities, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with BTB clients, and leading the sales team, including agents and distributors. The role includes:
  • Develop and execute our B2B sales strategy in Italy
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail partners (pharmacies, stores, spas, etc.)
  • Nurture long-term relationships with buyers and distributors
  • Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Create sales pitches and training materials for partners
  • Monitor market trends, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, activations, and trade promotions
  • Represent SuperYou at industry events, fairs, and showrooms
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills
  • Available portfolio of clients in the BTB segment
  • Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a must
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
  • Fluency in Italian and English is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
