- Develop and execute our B2B sales strategy in Italy
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail partners (pharmacies, stores, spas, etc.)
- Nurture long-term relationships with buyers and distributors
- Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Create sales pitches and training materials for partners
- Monitor market trends, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, activations, and trade promotions
- Represent SuperYou at industry events, fairs, and showrooms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Available portfolio of clients in the BTB segment
- Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a must
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
- Fluency in Italian and English is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
