- Take charge of the overall customer experience related to services
- Oversee the excellent execution of all service activities
- Rollout the menu of after sales products and correct pricing to achieve the desired profitability
- Take on P&L responsibility for margins
- Oversee local parts logistics and warehousing
- Ensure the overall transfer to Technogym HQ of data and information on feedback from the market and performance-related topics
- Ensure the use of corporate processes and systems in the subsidiary
- Carry out local continuous improvement
- Interact with the various HQ functions: Quality, Legal, Management Control, etc.
- Carry out After Sales Maintenance and repair activity
- Oversee Service Contract After Sales Business
- Carry out remarketing activity
- Mitigate Country Trading Risk
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Solution Bundle hardware, software and services into a monthly rate using Financial Services
- Act as a catalyst for change in moving the whole organization from selling hardware at a price to selling a monthly subscription
- Graduate level education: ideally Engineering or Business Studies
- 10 years' experience in a structured environment with a clear growth path
- Primary competence in after sales service at customer sites
- Experience in solution selling bundling and monthly rates
- Clear leadership traits
- Repair business expertise and good knowledge of the after-sales market
- Fluency in English
