- Collaborate closely with Marketing teams to ensure alignment on target audiences, go-to-market strategies and product positioning
- Lead account planning and define strategic milestones for a 1–3 year outlook.
- Understand customers’ business environments and proactively assess and address their evolving needs.
- Structure your work effectively to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Drive tailored solution development to meet client needs and ensure a robust pipeline.
- At least 8 years of experience in the same role (references required).
- Strong Sales experience in the SaaS/Tech industry. Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles.
- Excellent written & spoken Italian and English. Knowledge of French is a plus, but not mandatory
- A degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred, but solid experience takes precedence. Demonstrated track record on Sales B2B solutions.
- Strong track record leveraging technology vendors to deliver projects.
- Drives excellence by approaching problems systematically; develops solutions with sustainable and scalable results.
- Demonstrated ability to strike a balance between being a sales hunter and a farmer.
- Excellent communication skills, oral, written, and able to effectively communicate with people across the organization, including senior executives and at the board level.

- Compensation: €50,000 to €60,000/year gross salary and competitive MBO bonus- this range is a guideline; we’re first and foremost looking for the right person, the final offer will be shaped around you and reflect your skills and experience.
