- Ensure adherence to project scope, KPIs, and deliverables.
- Measure and report on project performance, providing detailed and accurate reporting
- At least 5 years of experience in the role within structured companies;
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Experience in sales and business development, with a track record of upselling and expanding client engagements.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on KPIs and project performance.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of the English language at a professional level.
