It connects with e-commerce platforms and multiple couriers, giving teams one place to ship faster, reduce manual work, and keep full control over costs and delivery performance.The challengeYou will lead enterprise deals for our shipping platform, helping organizations transform their shipping operations. By combining consultative sales with logistics expertise, you’ll guide customers to measurable outcomes while expanding ShippyPro’s footprint in Italy and Europe. - Manage the full enterprise sales cycle: from first contact to closing
- Handle complex deals with multiple stakeholders (operations, IT, finance, C-level)
- Build long-term relationships with prospects
- Run in-depth discovery to understand processes and opportunities
- Position ShippyPro as a strategic partner
- Collaborate with the team on implementation and Customer Success handover
- Participate in events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Bring strategic insights from the market to the product team
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales
- Logistics or supply chain background
- Experience with long sales cycles (60–90+ days) and complex deals
- Ability to manage conversations at C-level
- Consultative mindset: you listen before you sell
- Proven track record closing deals above €10K
- Autonomy, ownership, strong results orientation
- Fluent Italian, professional English
