With an active, get-things-done culture, this is a place where your dynamism and agility will make a difference.Your mission:In this role you will be a member of our People team and work closely with People Managers and Associates.You will coordinate HR processes, lead initiatives on performance, culture & engagement, and act as point of reference for compliance, benefits, and the Time & Attendance system.
Responsibilities
  • Support People Manager in core People processes (e.g. job evaluations, pay changes, People Planning).
  • Act as a local contact for Talent Acquisition, helping to coordinate recruiting processes and internships.
  • Assist in the delivery of the Performance Management cycle and support calibration sessions and transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding and exit interviews, making sure every step is a positive employee experience.
  • Support with local benefits administration and help organize training sessions with internal/external providers.
  • Contribute to HR policies and compliance activities, including related trainings.
  • Be a point of contact for the Time & Attendance system and support payroll variable data collection.
  • Provide operational support for Milan HQ (maintenance, office layout) and contribute to assigned Key Controls within the GCS framework.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of Italian labour law and collective bargaining agreements (CCNL industria alimentare).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with good organizational and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish would be a plus.
  • Solid MS Office skills; familiarity with payroll processes is an advantage.
