Responsibilities
- Support People Manager in core People processes (e.g. job evaluations, pay changes, People Planning).
- Act as a local contact for Talent Acquisition, helping to coordinate recruiting processes and internships.
- Assist in the delivery of the Performance Management cycle and support calibration sessions and transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding and exit interviews, making sure every step is a positive employee experience.
- Support with local benefits administration and help organize training sessions with internal/external providers.
- Contribute to HR policies and compliance activities, including related trainings.
- Be a point of contact for the Time & Attendance system and support payroll variable data collection.
- Provide operational support for Milan HQ (maintenance, office layout) and contribute to assigned Key Controls within the GCS framework.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Knowledge of Italian labour law and collective bargaining agreements (CCNL industria alimentare).
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with good organizational and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish would be a plus.
- Solid MS Office skills; familiarity with payroll processes is an advantage.
