You will also serve as a Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco ambassador to the customer, with system-wide responsibility. This is a key position for supporting the growth of Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco.Job Description- Actively identify and develop new business opportunities in your assigned market, while nurturing long-term partnerships with existing clients.- Think creatively and strategically to craft tailored proposals and experiences that reflect the property's identity and exceed client expectations.- Leverage the CRM system (Salesforce) in line with brand and property guidelines to track performance and ensure seamless client interactions.- Collaborate closely with the Events Sales Team to maximize lead conversion and capitalize on high-potential opportunities.- Contribute to the Sales & Marketing strategy by analyzing trends and providing actionable insights to address future business needs.- Build and maintain SMART key account plans, with a strong focus on objectives, timelines, and conversion strategies.- Engage with decision-makers at all organizational levels, adapting communication and sales techniques to secure new business.- Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports and client presentations with clarity and impact.Job Requirements- A minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury hospitality sales, with at least 2 years in a similar managerial role.- Familiarity with LQA/Forbes standards and operational systems like Opera PMS.- Fluent in both Italian and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.- A keen eye for detail, polished interpersonal skills, and a natural flair for relationship-building.- A team player who embodies our core values and actively contributes to a positive and ambitious work culture.- A proactive mindset with a desire to mentor others and contribute to internal development initiatives.Being part of Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco team means that training and development opportunities are available and with the hotel being a key part of Rosewood's global expansion plans, this role could be a stepping stone to exciting international career opportunities.#LI-VC1About UsPress space or enter keys to toggle section visibilityExploreRosewood Castiglion del Bosco is located in Montalcino, Tuscany, in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Val d'Orcia, and it is infused with breath-taking natural beauty, Italian heritage and lifestyle, and a vibrant culture defined by centuries of history and traditions.
