- Maintain, develop and grow customers ensuring the service proposed is adhering to customers' needs.
- Enhance client relationship through provision of professional support services and customer care
- Work with existing partners and developing relation with others to drive business growth and visibility on the market
- Contribute to the establishment of sales plans and marketing campaign
- Analyze existing monthly KPI and developing others in order to monitor the progresses
- Work with marketing resources accordingly
- Applies good practices in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
- Be very collaborative and able to work in a team when required but also autonomous and enterprising
- Open minded, self motivated , results orientated
- Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Demonstrate and promote the company vision
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality in all aspects of work and adhere to all procedures established by Eurofins and its auditing clients.
- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Able to use CRM Sales force and report periodically using the company tools
- Equivalent of a high school or bachelor's degree
- Have knowledge of the main food safety certification/audit schemes and CRM tool
- A previous experience in sales roles or an equivalent experience of a couple of years in a Certification Body or in a consultancy company will be appreciated
- Must be fluent in English
- Analytical skills and full proficiency with Office applications
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact successfully with internal and external customers and develop communications and report to upper management.
- Demonstrated ability with personal computer software in a business environment, including word processing, spreadsheet, and email software, Project Management, and resource planning software
