Provide technical expertise on denim fabrics, washing techniques and treatments throughout the development process. Collaborate with the Design Office to translate creative inputs and sketches into technically feasible denim products. Coordinate product development with external suppliers, including mills, laundries and manufacturing partners. Ensure product data is accurately maintained in company management systems and support the preparation of product development reports. Manage denim fabric sourcing, identifying suitable fabrics according to design, quality and cost requirements. Oversee washing and treatment processes to achieve the desired aesthetic and performance results. Monitor product costing to ensure alignment with collection targets and margins. Identify potential development issues and propose effective technical solutions. Participate in fittings and development meetings, supporting the refinement of the final product. Contribute to the industrialization of denim products. At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury or premium RTW companies. Strong technical knowledge of denim fabrics, washing techniques and treatment processes. Solid experience in RTW collection product development. Fluent in Italian and English. Availability to travel in Italy when required.
