From day one, you will gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in managing and continuously developing Pirelli's consumer websites.WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Under your tutor's supervision, you will progressively gain autonomy while contributing to the following key activities:
  • Managing maintenance tasks: assisting in handling and assigning maintenance tasks for the consumer web portal, based on requests from HQ and local markets;
  • Optimizing conversion processes: collaborating in the design and management of enhancements related to conversion flows and contact forms across the consumer website;
  • Governing quality and maintenance processes: including SEO and URL management (in collaboration with SEO specialists), style and content oversight (in coordination with the global Product Manager), and bug fixing (in collaboration with the Information & Technology department);
  • Monitoring analytics dashboards: conducting first-level reviews of performance dashboards across key markets;
  • Supporting innovation projects: contributing, when needed, to requirements gathering and planning of digital innovation initiatives.
