- Execution: Ensuring top class execution of CD agenda including brilliant basics, channel strategy and customer infrastructure.
- Coaching and Development: Coaching and building capabilities of Field Key Account to build a future-fit workforce.
- Managing Performance: Performance management of direct reports / indirect reports.
- Managing Customer Issues: Issues arising out of mismanagement of customer, unexpected customer actions (bouncing, resignations, business issues).
- Region level budgeting: Managing activity spends, overruns and precise budgeting.
- Administration: Leading the safety and administration agenda for the area.
- Culture: Building a winning culture that enables performance and drives purpose for the area.
- Assist in any other projects.
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or equivalent.
- Strong engagement, presentation, and communication skills.
- Executional Excellence: Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment.
- Selling: Experience in developing markets and selling products.
- Customer Relationship: Highly skilled in establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Negotiation: Jobs involving extensive oral communication, people interaction & negotiation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
