You will be responsible to provide technical, order and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. You will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership and to improve customer satisfaction.This position reports toSales Support Manager - Customer SupportYour responsibilities
  • Verification of Orders received from our customers, control of order confirmations received from factories and communication with them regarding possible requests.
  • Master data management of our customers through our internal portal.
  • Activation of new customer accounts via our MyABB portal.
  • Monitoring the status of orders, verification of deliveries and follow up of delays.
  • Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas.
Your background
  • Preferably a Diploma in administrative field or a degree in Economy.
  • Interest in principles and practices in customer service would be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS-Office tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be considered a plus.
  • A good knowledge of English and Italian.
  • An agile and proactive approach, with ability to work in a team.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and good written and spoken communication skills.
