- Verification of Orders received from our customers, control of order confirmations received from factories and communication with them regarding possible requests.
- Master data management of our customers through our internal portal.
- Activation of new customer accounts via our MyABB portal.
- Monitoring the status of orders, verification of deliveries and follow up of delays.
- Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas.
- Preferably a Diploma in administrative field or a degree in Economy.
- Interest in principles and practices in customer service would be considered a plus.
- Knowledge of MS-Office tools.
- Knowledge of SAP would be considered a plus.
- A good knowledge of English and Italian.
- An agile and proactive approach, with ability to work in a team.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and good written and spoken communication skills.
