As a Data & Performance Management Senior Specialist, you'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan. Together, we support the implementation and improvement of operational cost processes across regional Operations teams. We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of cost monitoring processes, who can collaborate closely with both the Operations and Finance teams to ensure that financial goals align with operational objectiveAbout Your Future RoleIn this position, you will:
- Own the monthly reporting of Operations financial performance, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with internal policies
- Work with large datasets to build intuitive forecasting models and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- Monitor operational volumes and unit costs, spot variances, and recommend smart, actionable solutions
- Help define and track performance KPIs that drive operational efficiency and business impact
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver clear, data-backed insights that guide strategic and operational planning
- Play an active role in planning activities, translating business needs into concrete workload, resource, and cost scenarios

- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ideally within a corporate organization
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar)
- Solid background in financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance tracking
- Ability to connect the dots between numbers, trends, and operational actions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken), at an intermediate to advanced level
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence techniques applied to data analysis
- Previous experience working with Operations departments
- Knowledge of SAP ERP systems
