- Lead Point of Contact: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiation and Profit Maximization: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Trust Building: Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Tailored Solutions: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives.
- Reporting: Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and prepare reports on account status.
- Handling of Multiple Accounts: Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Knowledge Seeking: Continually refine excellent knowledge of company's products and capabilities - product specifications, applications, modifications, and troubleshooting - as the customer will depend on you to present proprietary solutions.
- (Cross-Team) Collaboration: Work closely with sales team and other departments and develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
- You should have successfully completed your Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
- Business fluent English AND local language (oral & written) where the job is based is a must for this position.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- You must be flexible and have geographical mobility.
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker who brings something new to the table and is not afraid to share those ideas.
