- Monitor transport execution, resolve issues in real time (delays, damages, route changes), and maintain a high level of service reliability.
- Maintain regular communication with internal departments to align logistics operations with business needs.
- Collaborate with external carriers and logistics partners to negotiate rates and improve operational efficiency.REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification: high school diploma
- 2– 4 years of experience in logistics or transportation coordination, preferably in both LTL and FTL operations
