- Site Merchandising: alignment with assortment, planning and d2c merch team regarding products to be published trough the season; PIM activities to bring product displayed on the website; product copies, translations request and collecting and alignment with IT team regarding publication flows and waves and alignment on product images too.
- Special/Limited launches coordination: support the team with special product launches (limited products, exclusive products, avant première) aligning flow and display process to brand & category guidelines, ensuring right visibility on site together with content team, ensuring coverage and push actions from key service teams (performance marketing, social media team, crm team) and following up about product performances within the business team unit.
- Content/product brief on key product categories: he/she will support the business team to share guidelines to creative hub to produce relevant contents related to product collections (including descriptions, information, images) to be used for:
- CRM/EDMs (key activity)
- communication push on the overall website (e.g. drop down menu, homepage, PLPs)
- new landing pages
- enhancement on PDP
- Product support on specific categories during key commercial moments: during Cyber Week, Customer Week, main promo moments, ensure correct product execution on site testing PLPs and PDPs looking for sales’ optimization goal.
- Product visibility enhancement and results monitoring: in alignment with Product Analyst and Sr Analyst inside the team, he/shill will follow business product results and will purpose evolutions and new ideas to maximize exposure of products and collections online.
- Calendar: support the online calendar for Oakley.com, ensuring alignment with e-commerce managers; help structure marketing communications and keep information updated and aligned with the brand calendar for Oakley.com; coordinate with the content team to ensure timely and accurate execution of calendar activities.
- Educational Background in Economics or Marketing
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to interact with different internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in managing product collections and product releases is a plus
- Knowledge about CMS and image update tool is a plus
- Flexibility, lateral thinking and proactive/positive approach
- Familiarity with project management and design tools such as Click Up and Figma
- Good knowledge of MS suite
- Passion for digital contents is a must
- Good eye for contents/images and “visual sensibility”
