With technology integration, end-to-end automation and digitization solutions we make it possible to increase productivity and resource efficiency at the same time.What tasks can you expect?The candidate will be, in agreement and coordination with Group Global Marketing, responsible for the planning, management and realisation of corporate, promotional events. The main objective will be to support commercial strategies through participation in trade fairs and by organising in-house events. The person will have to work closely with other areas of the company to ensure the success of events.Main responsibilities:
- Planning and management of corporate events, trade fairs, conferences, seminars, product presentations and promotional events.
- Complete management of event cycle: from initial planning to logistics, from coordination of suppliers to supervision of activities during the event.
- Collaboration with group global marketing to define the guidelines and objectives of the event in line with corporate strategies.
- Managing the budget of each event, monitoring costs and optimising resources.
- Event communications management: invitations, follow-up, participant management and content creation to promote events.
- Coordination and supervision of all external partners and suppliers (location, catering, communication agencies, technicians, etc.).
- Management of pre- and post-event promotion activities (social media, newsletters, public relations).
- Monitoring and evaluation of event results, with final reports on effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Preparation of commercial documentation
- Supervision and coordination of the company showroom
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management or related.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in marketing and event organisation.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques for event promotion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
- Knowledge of basic computer packages (MS Office)
- Ability to manage budgets and detailed planning.
- Organisational skills and ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and problem solving.
- Advanced knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken).
