- Order Management Excellence - Manage the full customer order lifecycle, from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Multi-Channel Order Processing - Handle orders in SAP coming from EDI, Omprompt, and manual entry.
- Pricing and Adjustments - Execute discount adjustments and reprice orders as needed.
- Stock Coordination - Conduct stock checks, prioritize allocations, and manage customizations (SKU, quantity, delivery dates).
- Issue Resolution - Troubleshoot order issues such as dummy EDI entries or truck overcapacity.
- Experience in logistics or customer service, with a strong focus on SAP-based order management.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong customer orientation and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to navigate SAP modules such as Order to Cash, APO, and Returns.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
