He/She manages the review and interpretation of ever changing healthcare government and industry requirements across multiple geographies and defines strategic initiatives and policies accordingly. This position oversees all government interactions within the healthcare business unit; to include but not limited to identification and interpretation of local and federal requirements and facilitating agency inspections and audits to ensure all compliance concerns are promptly and accurately addressed. He/She collaborated with sales and operations to expand the healthcare footprint and develop additional strategic healthcare service offerings to generate revenue. The Senior Quality Assurance Manager II develops and leads efforts to improve service and quality to exceed customer expectations. The Senior Quality Assurance Manager II directs work to the HC QA Senior Manager and others QA Managers.Employee Type:
