- Install, commission, and maintain Emerson Measurement Solutions instrumentation (pressure, temperature, level, and flow sensors) at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and resolve customer issues related to process instrumentation (including sensors and electronic components).
- Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance on instrumentation.
- Conduct acceptance tests, installation, commissioning, fault analysis, and corrective work at customer sites.
- Carry out all activities according to Emerson guidelines, certifications, and MSOL standards.
- Provide emergency call-out services to deliver fast and efficient customer support.
- Travel frequently across Italy and occasionally abroad or offshore, with overnight stays when required.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to maintain satisfaction.
- Deliver customer training on Emerson instrumentation and applications.
- Adhere to Emerson's local and international trade compliance procedures in all transactions and business practices.
- Demonstrate full commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards by following safety practices, reporting incidents, completing mandatory training, and consistently using the Emerson Safety App.
- Degree or technical diploma in an Engineering field such as electronics, electrical, automation, instrumentation, or industrial IT.
- 1-3 years of practical experience in calibration, installation, and troubleshooting of process instrumentation.
- Knowledge of fundamental measurement principles (pressure, temperature, level, flow).
- Good communication skills and proficiency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
- Availability to work outside office hours and perform on-call services when required.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Italy and occasionally abroad or offshore, including overnight stays.
- Valid B driver's license.
- Familiarity with digital instrumentation and advanced measurement principles.
- Prior work in the process industry, service companies, or industrial environments, especially with customer-facing responsibilities.
- Experience in chemical plants or refineries is a strong plus.
- Ability to work in a team, adapt to different environments, and learn quickly.
