We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager in Turin or Milan to join a dynamic company operating in the off-highway components sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the company's commercial growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop relationships with customers, acting as the main point of contact;Drive sales growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and proactive client engagement;Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, contracts, and pricing agreements;Collaborate with internal departments (R&D, Production, Quality) to ensure alignment with customer needs;Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities;Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows;Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior management.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the automotive components industry, , Agriculture;Strong customer orientation and commercial acumen;Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing;Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills;Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively;Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus;Availability for frequent business travel, both in Italy and abroad.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package;A stimulating and international work environment;Professional development and growth opportunities.Location: Turin/Milan
