- Support global HR business partners in implementing annual people processes locally
- Support HR Team Italy developing HR processes
- Implemening global HR policies to Andritz Novimpianti (and other Pulp & Paper legal entities in Italy)
- Preferably prior experience in employment lifecycle related tasks, degree from relevant area.
- Preferably knowledge and experience in HR processes and procedures - passion for people, right attitude, and motivation to grow and develop into top HR professional is your main asset
- Knowledge from social media, mainly Linkedin and Linkedin recruiter -tool, and good communication skills
- You have a customer focused mindset, and you actively work for aligned solutions to serve the business
- You have good interpersonal skills and ability to network and collaborate with different stakeholders
- You are precise and descreet in your work
- We appreciate hands-on attitude and positive vibe, even in a hurry
- You are excellent in written and spoken English - other languages are an asset
- Up-to-date IT skills, especially in MS Office environment and Excel, experience in SAP Success Factors is seen as advantage
