- 4-5 years of experience in similar roles or strategic/management consulting, working for international organizations with leading brands and a strong commercial mindset
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and communication skills
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage or Ho.re.ca market is considered a plus
- Mandatory fluency in Italian and English
- Leading and managing the overall delivery of multiple change-management projects
- Improving commercial effectiveness and efficiency
- Identifying and implementing strategical improvement
- Project & Change Management
- Project/ Program development, roll out and execution
- Project presentation ensuring an effective buy-in of the main stakeholder
- Drive B2B and Digital change management across the organization (culture & mindset)
- Supports Salesforce in adopting new methodologies, processes, tools
- Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to commercial activities.
- Commercial Effectiveness and Efficiency
- Develop and monitor KPIs to monitor efficiency and effectiveness of business processes
- Define and implement timely actions to improve commercial effectiveness and efficiency, including providing guidelines to the sales force for managing specific customers
- Streamline sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, also involving additional stakeholders (e.g. salesforce, operations, finance, etc.)
- Define Business needs and partner with the IT department to digitalize & automate processes
- Strategy & Planning
- Understand business priorities and OOH trends and collaborate with Business Commercial Excellence Manager to define the Company Strategy and Operative Plan
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Market research and field visit with salesforce to understand salesforce & customer needs and market trends.
- Master's degree in Economics, Management or a related field.
- Ability to understand current OOH market trends. Commercial experience will be a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and growing environment
- Strategic mindset, with attention to daily operations and results oriented
- Flexibility and proactivity
- Experience in processes design & organization
- Fluent English
