We are looking for a Business Development Manager in our Cisco Business Unit to drive profitable growth, expand vendor partnerships, and support sales execution across key accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage small to mid-size accounts, executing the business unit strategy to grow market share.Promote Cisco solutions and services, including TaaS, to key customers.Identify and onboard new vendors, supporting business development initiatives.Collaborate with sales teams to win tenders and large deals, increasing customer loyalty.Build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders, positioning TD SYNNEX as a trusted advisor.Contribute to team development and support cross-functional collaboration.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceStrong commercial awareness and customer focus.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.Strategic thinking, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.Knowledge of the IT industry, vendor landscape, and product portfolio.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP R3 and Business Warehouse experience is a plus.What We OfferHybrid work model (2 days in office, 3 remote)Career development and training opportunitiesHealth insurance and additional benefitsInclusive and diverse workplace culture"At TD SYNNEX, we embrace diversity and promote equal opportunities.
