The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.PURPOSEDevelop gather maintain and report on pricing information across a given portfolio or geography.Involved in pricing and cost analysis activities on an as needed basis to ensure that these functions are performed in a timely and efficient manner.Support for various analytical functions including but not limited to: Pricing Commercial Bid and Product teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain Pricing tools information with current cost and pricing data at all times
  • Assist in the implementation of the pricing strategy
  • Support the integration and implementation of new pricing schemes
  • Manage and develop pricing specifications for a given set of products or territory
  • Preparing, negotiating, and analysing costs for tenders and contracts.
  • Responsible for the production of pricing information including for bidding and billing purposes
  • Preparing, negotiating, and analysing costs for tenders and contracts.
  • Assist in analysis of large bid opportunities/national accounts; assist sales in developing profitable bid pricing
  • Manage and optimize the processing of signed contracts
  • Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs.
  • Monitoring Product and Project Costs and preparing Monthly Reports.
  • Creating Bills of Quantities or Bills of Materials from Drawings
  • Support the release of quotation information including prices validation, new services implementation and tool testing
  • Manage and maintain the Pricing tools available to the internal users - Pricing Managers, Commercial Managers, Product managers.
  • Review customer base for profitability and price increase exceptions
  • Maintain and produce the statistical and analytical reporting
  • Functional administration and support of Pricing systems
  • Contribute to Pricing activity tasks as directed
QualificationsEXPERIENCE
  • 2-4 years work experience in a pricing/business finance environment preferably within in a medium to large international company.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
  • University Degree in Finance Business administration fields or equivalent work experience.
