- Manage all phases of PV plant projects, in particular engineering, procurement and pre-construction activities;
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery;
- Coordinate and manage all activities related to photovoltaic plant projects, overseeing project planning and ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
- Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams, external contractors, and consultants to achieve project milestones;
- Monitoring the pre-construction and construction authority permits;
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSE/Q) standards throughout all project stages;
- Manage relationships with suppliers, public authorities and other stakeholders to secure construction permits and approvals;
- Monitor project budget and control expenses;
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns;
- Monitor and report on project progress, financial performance, and deliverables using project management tools;
- Support contract negotiations and ensure all project documentation is maintained and compliant;
- Source and select suppliers and subcontractors for project execution;
- Support the Procurement Dpt during the project phases;
- Prepare the weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Extensive experience in solar PV project management and construction or renewable energy (5+ years);
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities;
- Proven expertise in project planning, budgeting, and risk management;
- In-depth knowledge of the solar industry’s technical, regulatory, and safety standards;
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Degree in engineering, renewable energy, project management, or a related field;
- Strong skills in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams;
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and budget management abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Willingness to travel nationally;
- Nice to have: experience in BESS projects, recognised certification, such as PMP (certified construction manager), AC (associate constructor), or CPC (certified professional constructor).
