- Manage existing fixed income derivatives products as well as the development of new ones in line with the strategic roadmap to achieve business priorities
- Conduct competitor analysis for fixed income derivatives product offering, trading functionality, pricing to recommend improvements to enhance Euronext’s market position and create new products
- Codesign new products with clients, based on the industry feedbacks
- Oversee the development new products in close cooperation with internal project teams, IT, regulation, market surveillance, post-trade, and finance
- Maintain and develop relationships with Euronext sales and client services teams in the objective to co-design products with clients to ensure a detailed understanding of the opportunity and the product features which will enable trading.
- Pilot product launches in coordination with sales and marketing teams
- Strong experience in product management or business development within fixed income derivatives, with knowledge of the full product development lifecycle
- Knowledge of the buy-side and sell-side landscape
- Experience in translating business needs into written functional requirements for the IT counterpart, working closely with them to ensure mutual understanding and fast pace alignment
- Ability to manage & drive projects autonomously: structured, ability to build & monitor planning, manage priorities, identify and mitigate risks
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills, an ability to combine attention to detail with the wider strategic view.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Collaborative, open, pragmatic, customer oriented and data driven approach to work.
- 5+ year experience in the fixed income space, in product management or development
- Derivatives contracts knowledge and understanding of the European Exchange industry dynamics is highly desirable.
- International business experience, with the ability to develop products across multiple geographic locations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-oriented and numbers-driven approach.
