This internship represents an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Retail Talent Acquisition within a luxury environment, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle and contributing to activities closely connected to our stores and retail network.The intern will work in close collaboration with the Retail HR Manager, supporting recruitment processes and gaining direct exposure to the luxury retail business, including in-store activities.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in Retail recruitment activities, including candidate screening, shortlisting, and interview scheduling
  • Assist in managing the recruitment process through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders
  • Support reporting and data analysis related to recruitment activities
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
  • Actively collaborate with Retail HR and store teams to understand business needs
FIELD AND STORE ACTIVITIES
  • Ensure regular presence in stores to gain direct knowledge of retail roles and organizational dynamics
  • Conduct mystery shopping activities to assess candidate profiles, service standards, and in-store experience, providing structured feedback to the team
  • Support qualitative observations in store to better align recruitment decisions with business and customer experience needs
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong interest in Retail, Talent Acquisition, and the luxury industryVery good command of English; Italian is a plusGood knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Strong organizational and communication skillsAttention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitudeFlexibility and willingness to spend time in store environmentsJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
