she/he is responsible for HR processes in a 360° (from attraction to offboarding) to support internal business clients (managers and employees in dedicated departments);
is responsible to deploy all recurring HR processes, such as annual performance management, salary review, employees survey, career paths, HR Analistycs etc.;
collects business needs and is responsible to adapt HR projects and initiatives for an effective HR response;
effectively collaborates with the whole HR Department in deploying all HR initiatives within dedicated business departments;
effectively collaborates with external consultants (payroll, labor, employment) and internal partners, such as legal and compliance areas, business improvement, data privacy, etc.;
she/he is an ambassador of company values, supports and promotes organizational and cultural changes;
she/he has proper knowledge of Italian labor standards, monitors and anticipates the risks associated with the daily management of employees;
she/he collaborates in updating recurring HR reports (KPIs implementation and monitoring).Competencies and attitudes required:

Masters' Degree in humanistic matters, such as Psychology, Economics, Law; a post-graduate master in HR Matters is welcome;
at least 5 years' experience in a similar role within multinational environment;
availability to travel till 25% of working hours.We offer:
