HR Intern - HR BP & People Analytics (6 months fixed term)

You will work closely with HR Business Partners, supporting them in day-to-day activities with a strong focus on HR process support and people analytics.
In particular, you will:
- Support key HR processes (performance & talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning and budget, Annual Salary Review)
- Support people analytics activities (data collection, analysis and consolidation related to workforce, performance, talent and reward)
- Prepare presentations and supporting materials for HR and business meetings
- Contribute to HR coordination within an international and matrix organisation
- Collaborate with local and global HR teams (Centres of Expertise, HR Operations, HRBPs)
- Support ad-hoc analytical tasks and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes
- You are curious, well organised and eager to learn quickly
- You have good communication and collaboration skills
- You are interested in understanding how HR decisions support the business
- You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable working with data and numbers
- You feel comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
- University degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Humanities, Statistics or similar fields
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with additional tools is a plus.
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Interest in HR, People Analytics and complex organisations
- Previous experience (internships, thesis, project work) in HR or analytical roles is a plus
- A meaningful internship experience in an international HR environment
