  • Media campaigns: coordinates media planning and buying across all media touchpoints - online and offline – including TV and digital campaigns, coordinates campaigns adaptations, development & evaluations;
  • Content and communication: ensures that communication channel online and offline (digital, social media, newsletter, influencer, website, SEO, TVC, radio, OOH) are used effectively. Oversees the development, adaptation and quality of communication materials and content across all channels;
  • Influencer marketing: coordinates, implements and evaluates influencer campaigns
  • Local Marketing: coordinates, implements and evaluates media mix campaigns to launch new stores in their local catchment area and create local communication to special occasions (anniversaries, round store openings);
  • Monitoring and analyzing media performance to identify optimization opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness;
  • CSR & PR: coordinates CSR initiatives and collaborate with the press office on corporate communications and PR activities;
  • Managing day-to-day budgets across media, campaign adaptations and influencer activities;
  • Occasionally supporting on Trade Marketing activities.
This position is perfect for you if you have:
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field;
  • 3 - 5 years (or more) of experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of online and offline communication tools, processes & trends, especially in the Italian market;
  • Knowledge of advertising industry;
  • Native-level Italian and advanced English;
  • Proficiency in MS office;
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and management skills;
  • Experience in Content management;
  • Strategic and analytic thinking;
  • Strong sense of ownership and proactivity.
