- Managing general accounting and ordinary administration;
- Issuing and recording customer invoices daily;
- Receiving and recording supplier invoices;
- Journal entry, payments, bank management and reconciliations;
- Checking F24 forms;
- Managing cash flow forecasts;
- Keeping administrative records in order;
- Supporting management control and monthly reporting (including P&L);
- Verifying cost recharges, direct costs, and overhead costs;
- Collecting data from accounting and operating systems to feed reports;
- Assist with audits, budget preparation and financial planning;
- Managing correspondence and email communications;
- Diploma in Accounting and/or Degree in Economics;
- Previous 3 - 5 years of experience in an Accounting role, gained in an international Hotellerie context (preferred but not mandatory) or in a Auditing firm;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel;
- Experience with the Team System management software is preferred;
- Fluent English, reliability, teamwork orientation, critical thinking.
