- Lead and deliver complex operational due diligence engagements, with a specific focus on carve-out implications, synergy assessments (cost, revenue, capex), and identification of operational risks and one-off/emerging costs.
- Drive post-deal integration projects, supporting clients in the execution of value creation initiatives and realization of synergies.
- Design and manage Integration Management Offices (IMO), including governance structures, workstream coordination, and KPI tracking.
- Provide strategic support in defining and implementing the Target Operating Model (TOM), integrating operational and organizational models.
- Oversee the planning and execution of Day-1 readiness activities to ensure business continuity between signing and closing.
- Support the development and negotiation of Transition Service Agreements (TSA), ensuring effective delivery and monitoring post-closing.
- Design and implement detailed 100-day plans to guide integration efforts and accelerate value realization.
- Prepare and deliver management reporting tools to monitor business and operational KPIs throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Lead change management and internal communication initiatives to foster alignment and engagement across the organization.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in M&A/transactions execution and transformation (consulting or corporate roles) with a strong exposure to post-merger integration, due diligence and synergy management.
- Deep understanding of operational due diligence, synergy analysis, integration planning, and execution.
- Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams under tight timelines.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities, with a consultative and solutions-oriented approach.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Effective communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including the ability to coach and develop junior team members.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Availability to travel, depending on client and project needs.
