- Collections developed in partnership with leading global interior design firms
- Artemest private label collections
- Additional curated or strategic collections aligned with Artemest’s brand vision (rugs, accessories, etc.)
- Act as the CEO of Artemest Collections, defining vision, strategy, and multi-year growth roadmap
- Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margins, cost control, and profitability
- Translate Artemest’s brand DNA into scalable collections with strong global appeal
- Identify and evaluate new collection opportunities, partnerships, and markets
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Tech teams
- Lead relationships with global interior design firms, creative directors, and design partners in tandem with the Artemest sales team
- Identify, onboard, and nurture new creative collaborations aligned with Artemest’s aesthetic and positioning
- Oversee creative direction of collections in collaboration with designers, ensuring coherence, quality, and innovation
- Balance creative excellence with commercial viability and production feasibility
- Define the merchandising strategy across all collections (assortment, pricing architecture, positioning)
- Ensure collections are curated for different channels and geographies (DTC, wholesale, distributors)
- Oversee product lifecycle management: concept, launch, performance analysis, and optimization
- Use data and market insights to inform product decisions and collection evolution
- Oversee end-to-end production processes, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency
- Manage relationships with artisans, manufacturers, and strategic partners
- Ensure scalability while preserving craftsmanship, authenticity, and sustainability values
- Anticipate and mitigate production risks, capacity constraints, and supply chain challenges
- Drive global sales performance across all channels:
- Direct-to-consumer (Artemest.com)
- Artemest international sales teams
- Wholesale and distributor partnerships
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to define go-to-market strategies by region and channel
- Support key accounts, distributors, and strategic clients with tailored collections and offerings
- Monitor performance, forecast demand, and adjust strategies to maximize growth and margins
