  • Ensuring the execution of the production plan in time, volumes, costs, quality, efficiency and effectiveness necessary for the company's strategic objectives.
  • Ensure the fulfillment of customer orders according to the fulfillment dates prepared by the office programming and planning.
  • Develop the ordinary maintenance plan for plants, machinery and factories and ensure extraordinary maintenance by defining the preventive maintenance plan.
  • Ensuring the industrialization of production processes by ensuring the evolution of systems and machinery, assembly and testing benches, as well as the design of those of new needs.
  • Analyze the needs of means, personnel, plants, spaces and machinery to implement the production plan and participate in the definition of the business plan.
  • Guarantee continuous technological and methodological improvement of production processes.
  • To ensure maximum customer orientation with the necessary operational flexibility of plants and manpower.
  • Participates in the definition of the business plan and related investments
Job Position RequirementsEducation: University master degree - Mechanical Mechatronics - ManagementProfessional background: Experience in the role of at least 5 yearsHard Skills
  • Good basic knowledge of the hydraulics of company products
  • Good knowledge of IT and MRP and management systems
  • Good knowledge of logistics and production processes
  • Technical diploma or electronic mechanical mechatronics degree or equivalent culture
  • Knowledge of technical drawing
  • Use of 2D and 3D cad systems
  • Knowledge of the company product and of workflows / production methods
  • Knowledge of plant engineering
