- Ensure the complete cleanliness, order, and hygiene of all assigned Back of the House areas, including but not limited to: service corridors, floor pantries, storage rooms, technical rooms, staff locker rooms, laundry areas, and other staff-only spaces.
- Maintain proper organization and storage of materials, equipment, trolleys, and cleaning supplies in their designated areas.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with the procedures and service excellence required by Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts.
- Conduct regular inspections of Back of the House areas, promptly addressing any cleaning or organizational needs.
- Follow daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning schedules, including deep cleaning and sanitation tasks, as assigned.
- Report any damage, malfunction, or maintenance issues identified in Back of the House areas to the Housekeeping Supervisor for follow-up.
- Use cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment correctly and safely, in compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.
- Cooperate with other operational departments to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
- Strictly comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Ensure proper waste management and separation in accordance with hotel procedures and local regulations.
- Maintain a professional and discreet attitude at all times while working in non-guest-facing areas.
- Deliver any lost and found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding internal information, staff matters, and hotel operations.
- Perform duties in an efficient, organized, and autonomous manner, ensuring operational timelines are respected.
- Report for duty punctually, wearing the designated uniform and maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
- Attend departmental briefings and line-ups at the beginning of the shift, when required.
- Be familiar with and adhere to the hotel's fire, safety, and emergency procedures.
