- Design large-scale innovative enterprise architecture, including technology, information, data, security, and integration.
- Evaluate and identify IT architecture-related risks.
- Design technology strategy and planning deliverables to address IT risks and improve the business continuity and effectiveness.
- Design top notch Enterprise Architectures (in terms of Performance, Scalability, Availability and Security) leveraging new architectural trends and standard as Composable Architectures and Low-Code Platforms
- Design and maintain Enterprise architecture blueprints, diagrams, and documentation that outline the technical components, integration points, data flows, SaaS and Legacy software.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement best practices. Conduct proof-of-concept experiments, evaluate new technologies and assess their feasibility.
- Lead the architectural committee to review and approve standards, solutions and technologies.
- 10+ years of experience working in projects on several complex applications on different B2C contexts.
- Proven expertise in setting up Agile Digital Factories and implementing agile methodologies.
- Understands core full-stack technologies (e.g. Cloud infrastructures, Networking, Integration Platforms, ERP/CRM/Sales SaaS Solutions, Web Component, SQL/No-SQL DB, CMS, Microservices, APIs, Containerization, Orchestration, Event/Message, DevOps, Big Data, RPA)
- Proven expertise on Cloud-Based technologies and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of best practices for the full software development life cycle, including composable architectures, high-performance and scalable B2C solutions (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in software development methodologies, languages, and frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop people, engage and motivate staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong team player with the passion for quality & innovation.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
