- Develop, update, and maintain schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project;
- Support schedule reviews and ensure alignment between the stakeholders (planning, engineering, procurement, and execution);
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to gather progress data and update the schedule accordingly;
- Perform critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and delay assessments;
- Monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies;
- Ensure consistent use of scheduling standards and best practices.
- Proven experience as a Scheduler in the oil & gas, refining, or asset-intensive industry sectors;
- Experience with turnaround, major shutdowns or capital projects is essential;
- Excellent command of Primavera P6 (mandatory) and of MS Projects (nice to have);
- Solid understanding of project controls principles;
- Fluency in Italian and English.
