Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry.General Description of the RoleThe Corporate & Internal Communications Intern is part of the Global Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability team, and supports the development of strategic corporate storytelling, content, and guidelines across Global and Regional levels.The role collaborates closely with functions such as Sustainability, Public Affairs, Brand Teams, and HR, contributing to initiatives that strengthen corporate reputation, elevate the Group's purpose of unlocking human connections, and enhance company culture and employee engagement worldwide.Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesExternal Communications
- Support daily press review delivery and contribute to media monitoring and listening activities.
- Update and maintain the corporate website, making sure information is accurate, relevant, and aligned with the corporate brand.
- Help prepare analytics dashboards and reports to track the performance of communication initiatives.
- Assist in developing corporate storytelling assets and editorial plans.
- Support the creation of multimedia content for the company's social media.
- Assist in the production of communication videos.
- Draft and edit internal communications, such as intranet posts, newsletters, and messages from leadership.
- Help manage internal channels, including intranet and digital signage.
- Assist with internal campaigns supporting company culture and strategic priorities.
- Help organize and run company events.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital content tools, and multimedia formats.
- General knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights.
- Interest in digital communication trends, corporate reputation, and culture-building initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
- Hands-on experience across both internal and external corporate communications.
